The driver has to be in possession of a valid driving licence.

Age Restrictions
The minimum age and possession of a driver`s licence is :
21 years/1 day for vehicles in groups EDMR (DACIA LOGAN)  to IDMR ( BMW 1 SERIES),
23 years/3 years for vehicles in groups SDMR( BMW 3 SERIES)  to FFMR( BMW X3 2.0),
25 years/3 years for vehicles in groups PDMR ( BMW 5 series), PFMR ( BMW X3 3.0)  to LDAR ( BMW 7 series).  

Conditions of Payment
Bavaria Rent | BMW car rental/hire
accepts:  American Express, Diners Club, Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa and JCB.  Payment by cash in LEI can only be accepted in combination with a valid credit card. Cash and debit card deposits are not accepted by Bavaria Rent | BMW car rental/hire.

General Insurance Conditions
General terms of insurance include third party liability for all Bavaria Rent | BMW car rental/hire
cars. This covers an amount of maximum 300.000 RON for cars other than Bavaria Rent | BMW car rental/hire
cars involved in an accident and an amount of maximum 100.000 RON for each person, with a total of maximum 500.000 RON for all persons involved in an accident. Should the amount of the damages from an accident exceed any of the above-mentioned values, the customer is entirely responsible for covering these costs and authorizes Bavaria Rent | BMW car rental/hire
to take all necessary measures in order to recover all costs.
The insurance does not cover situations in which the car is used to transport flammable or other dangerous substances or materials.
at the time of the event giving rise to claim.
Loss Damage Waiver removes the drivers responsibility to a part of the vehicle in case of damage or theft.
If LDW is not accepted the customer will be held liable for the full value of the car.
If LDW is accepted, customer is only responsible for the following amounts:

Bavaria Rent | BMW car rental/hire Service: Out of Opening Service
Delivery/Collection Service is on request.
An out of opening hours charge for Delivery/Collection Service costs 20EUR.

Bavaria Rent | BMW car rental/hire service: One-Way National Rentals
One-Way Rentals within Bavaria Rent | BMW car rental/hire
 locations is free of charge for minim 3 rental days.
One way Rentals within Bavaria Rent | BMW car rental/hire
Locations and another location in Romania is on request, the minim rental have to be 3 days and an other charge may be apply

Bavaria Rent | BMW car rental/hire service: Cross Border Rentals
Cross Border is not possible. For requests please contact our customer care department 0040 (0) 730 333 707.

Bavaria Rent | BMW car rental/hire service: Additional Driver
Additional Driver Surcharge costs 20EUR/ person.

Bavaria Rent | BMW car rental/hire service: Refueling
For missing fuel, there is a tax of 2 Euro/liter (VAT excl).
